The programme will consist of 2 modules, the first taking place in The Netherlands, focusing on hydrogen value chains, market developments and leadership.
The second module will take place in Spain, shifting the focus to hydrogen production and implementation.

Recognize the geopolitical context of hydrogen, including the influence of international trade and the strategic positions of countries such as Europe, Spain, and the Netherlands in the hydrogen transition.

- Describe the challenges and opportunities of blue and green hydrogen production, including technologies, costs, and scalability.
- Analyze the policy measures and financial instruments influencing the hydrogen transition in Europe, Spain, and globally.
